Job Purpose
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities - "
• Would be responsible for branch support related activities for FD products.
• Understanding and Knowledge of FD & Mutual fund product
• Would be responsible for coordination with centralized FD ops team, centralized customer service team and local sales for issue resolution.
• Ability to learn and apply learning quickly
• Understanding and adherence to the wealth management Policies (Related to customer service) and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the area assigned
• Optimize Productivity and improve Quality
• Audits to improve processes and reduce Complaints
• Identification of process related improvement opportunities
• Publish regular MIS to Branch team & Senior management team."
