Job Description
• To manage cross-sell/up-sell campaigns on assigned lines of business and generate revenue in line with targets (no. of intents, no. of policies, premiums etc)
• To understand processes and optimize end-to-end business funnel from sourcing to issuing business in order to drive desired efficiencies (cost, process, time etc)
• To strengthen campaign effectiveness through best practices, benchmarking etc, resulting in better cross-sell campaign response and ultimately, higher business impact
• To manage projects around innovation, process automation, efficiencies etc.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Devise cross-sell/up-sell campaigns with the aim of nudging the customers to buy/upgrade company products and generate desired business impact (no. of intents, no. of policies, premiums etc) as per organizational goals. Also, drive efficiencies on campaign management, end-to-end business funnel from sourcing to issuing business etc.
• Should have sound understanding and strong hold of end-to-end campaign management (planning, conceptualization, creative development, execution and monitoring), with large sets of customer database, segmentation, insights led pitching etc
• Experience of setting up/scaling up new lines of business, new capabilities and of driving efficiencies across all stages of marketing funnel
• Exposure/experience of call center operations and related processes
• Superior collaboration & stakeholder management skills with experience of managing key internal stakeholders, sales teams/heads, vendors/agencies etc to jointly drive common organizational objectives
• Essential project management skills and innovative approach towards delivering solutions as per business & customer needs
• Growth mindset with bang for the buck - Ensure business target achievement with maximum cost efficacy. Smooth management of budgeting & related monitoring, provisioning, invoicing etc for all campaigns.
• Hygiene on following Marketing, Regulatory and all guidelines pertaining to creatives, approvals, filing etc
Desired Candidate requirement
• Post MBA, 2-5 years of experience in marketing/digital marketing with hands on experience in campaign management
• Growth Mindset to handle/drive a challenging lead and revenue target independently, with focus on bang for the buck
• Campaign management and Marketing funnel optimization with strong focus on driving efficiencies
• Essential project management skills
• Strong collaboration & stakeholder management skills
• Good with data, number crunching, analytics, presentations etc
• Strong (English) communication (written and verbal
