· · Greeting guests
· Acting in a professional manner at all times during the customer visit
· Get customer sales requirement / preferences through designed form.
· Answering telephone calls and emails
· Coordinating with H/K Staff, Serving Staff and facility staff to ensure best of the facilities to be provided.
· Serving customers with quality foods and beverages.
· Recording, Reordering and Restocking supplies.
· Reporting breakages and maintenance issues if any.
· Entering data into a spreadsheet
· Handling customer complaints/ensuring guest satisfaction
· Organising a schedule for housekeeping of designated office area and show flat / villa.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
