What’s the role?

We’re looking for a Manager, Customer Experience & Content to shape and deliver insight-led content that positions Westpac Commercial Bank and our bankers as industry experts. In this role, you’ll transform research, banker insights, and market trends into high-impact content strategies amplified across internal and external channels. Your work will directly support customer engagement, NPS uplift, and our ambition to be Australia’s #1 Business Bank.

What do I need?

Proven experience in content or communications, ideally within financial services
Skilled in developing engaging content across formats (e.g. reports, video, infographics)
Strong research and analytical skills to uncover content opportunities
Confident briefing agencies and managing end-to-end content delivery
Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder engagement skills
A passion for creating relevant content that drives real customer impact
