An exciting opportunity for a Manager Customer Service has come about at the Legal Practice Board (Board). There is currently one permanent full-time vacancy to be filled from this recruitment process.
The Board is a statutory body, responsible for the regulation of legal services in Western Australia and all Western Australian legal practitioners.
The Board aims to be a leader in the area of regulation and we pride ourselves on working with our stakeholders to ensure we have an engaged, active, competent, and ethical legal profession.
About the role
Reporting to the Director Accreditation and Customer Service, this position works collaboratively as a member of the Accreditation & Customer Service division leading, developing and managing a team to deliver high quality, professional and efficient customer service. The position collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to create and sustain a customer centric culture. The position is responsible for considering regulatory applications, applications for admission, suitability of applicants, triaging of matters, ensuring legal practitioners meet their professional indemnity insurance obligations, practical legal training, continuous professional development. The position ensures that the Board is customer focused and engages effectively with consumers, practitioners and other stakeholders.
