The Global Analytics & Data Products Team is building a best-in-class CX and Digital Intelligence team in support of Stellantis' new Software Group. Reporting to the Global CX and Digital Intelligence Director within Stellantis' new Software department, you will be responsible forthe various applications of the group's brands as well as the associate d we bsites. As a web analytics Supervisor your mission is to work alongside our product, developpement, marketing and business partners to bring science to decision making for our omnichannel customer experience across web and mobile products and services.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead a team of 6 web analysts, offering guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Establish team goals, objectives, and KPIs in alignment with overall business strategies.
Strategic Vision / Roadmap Development:
• Develop an ambitious analytics strategy to collect the right data for business decision-making from a business-oriented perspective.
• Suggest project roadmaps to be implemented, both in terms of tools and processes.
• Perform a competitive benchmark to identify best practices (in terms of processes & tools) with the aim of continuous strategy improvement.
• Deploy and implement the entire analytics strategy, manage projects, and ensure the respect of deadlines and objectives.
Advanced Analysis & Reporting:
• Illuminate customer journeys, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to feature enhancement.
• Conduct ad-hoc, omnichannel, and multi-scope analyses, including A/B testing and experience targeting.
• Build trusted relationships with product, Dev, Business, and marketing teams, serving as a conduit of knowledge.
• Think creatively beyond web analytics, incorporating insights from diverse data sources.
• Regularly generate reports and business reviews for key stakeholders, present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to integrate web analytics into business decision-making processes.
• Communicate analytics findings to non-technical stakeholders, translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
Tool Implementation and Optimization:
• Oversee the implementation and configuration of web analytics tools, ensuring data accuracy and relevance in collaboration with the tracking specialist for decision-making and insights creation.
• Continuously optimize analytics tools and processes to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.

• Measurable consumer engagement impact through analysis, retrospective analysis or products built
• Measurable revenue impact through research and retrospective analysis
• Measurable consumer experience impact through analysis, retrospective analysis or products built
• Measurable efficiencies in products, tools and agile development processes

Qualification :
• More than + years experience using analytics tools, either in an agency or with an advertiser
• Strong Mastery of analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Google Big Query, Google Tag Manager, Adobe
• Analytics, Adobe Launch)
• Strong skills in Power BI,
• Proficiency in AB testing tools Firebase, LaunchDarkly, Dynamic Yield
• Analytical and performance-oriented
• Good understanding of technical and business issues
• Ability to synthesize and communicate, teach and coach
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Professional English is required (must have)
• Open-mindedness and team spirit are mandatory
• Good experience with applications analysis is a plus
• Passion for software development and the automotive industry is a plus
