The Cyber Security Advisory (CSA) is an integral part of Cyber Security Services (CSS) with an aligned goal to protect the Bank from information security threats by delivering effective information security services. As part of CSS, we work effortlessly in ensuring the Bank soundly meets its commitments to internal and external stakeholders and maintains an appropriate cyber security defence posture through our 'Secure by Design' initiatives.
Responsibilities
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Report performance on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and perform root cause analysis on KRIs which have breached.
• Identify process deficiencies and report them to management for further action and remediation.
• Responsible to test and carryout enhancements in application being used by the process and work closely with the development team until the roll out.
• Deliver reports to various stakeholders and ensure reporting is accurate & timely.
• Liaise with Information CyberSecurity Testing (ICT) team and also with 2nd Line of Defence during the Risk & Control Self Assessment exercise.
• Responsible for overall operations of the Cyber Security Assessment process
• Train & mentor junior staffs
Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

• Minimum 7-10 years' experience in Information Security, preferably in Banking and Financial services sector
• At least 4 years or more experience in CyberSecurity
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent is preferable.
• Audit Management Entry

• Knowledge on latest security technologies, Cloud, DevOps, Blockchain etc Entry
• Industry certifications viz: CISA, CISSP, CRISC or CISM
