As a Manager in our Cyber team, you’ll lead engagements that help clients identify, assess, and manage cyber risks. You’ll work across a range of industries, advising on strategy, governance, risk management, and technical solutions to strengthen cyber resilience.

Are you ready to help build a better working world by supporting clients in safeguarding their digital assets and navigating cyber risks? EY Aotearoa New Zealand is on the lookout for a talented and motivated Manager to join our exceptional Cyber team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cyber risk assessments, maturity reviews, and threat modelling exercises.

Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and frameworks.

Advise clients on regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, NZ Privacy Act).

Manage project delivery, budgets, and client relationships.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development.

Proven experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or technology audit.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and threat landscapes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus.

Experience in consulting or professional services is preferred.
