Drive innovation: Identify and analyze market trends, research new data sources, and contribute to the development of innovative data products and services.
Champion continuous improvement: Analyze and optimize team workflows, identify opportunities for increased efficiency and accuracy, and champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
What You'll Bring:

Technical Expertise: Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 5-7 years of experience working with secondary data for marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, set clear goals, delegate effectively, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Data Management Prowess: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, working knowledge of SQL, and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like MicroStrategy or Tableau.
Client-Centric Approach: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70k to $140k. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
