• 8 10 years of software development experience
• Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science or similar field
• Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience
• At least 3 years of working with Pega systems and solutioning system integrations
• 3-5+ years of experience working with industry leading technologies to deliver your solution designs and vision in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to Pega Decision Hubs and their implementations, including integrating with input and outward channels, technologies that cater to the cloud platforms
• Should have very clear and good understanding of the systems that need to be built around Pega to get the best ROI for SCB business teams
• Exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to, WebSphere or WebLogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
• You ve built and implemented model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications
• You have been exposed to a variety of technologies including object-oriented design principles, database design, application and web servers
• Strong track record of customer engagement and delivery success
• Considered a trusted advisor and thought leader by your clients
Responsibilities
• You ll help us design, develop, implement, and test the next generation of campaign and promotion business intelligence products.
• Partner with our world leading clients to deliver high quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Utilise your outstanding technical consulting skills to demonstrate new and innovative ways to implement software solutions
• Visualize and promote best value systems that are leading in technology and quick to scale and adapt
• Mentor and train our clients in Pega technology
• Leveraging your Thought Leadership skills, you ll engage, educate and enable your clients resources on Industry and Pega Best Practices.
• Collaborating with a high performing Pega delivery team you will ensure the solution meets or exceeds your client s expectations.
Processes
• Should have at least 10 years experience in end-to-end SDLC process in waterfall or Agile mode of delivery. Should have participated in Agile ceremonies.
• Should have DevOps experience and CI/CD pipeline deployment
• Should have sound understanding of technology Risk Management processes
People and Talent
• Should have led small to medium teams in developing and delivering Big data applications
Risk Management
• Should be able to identify, mitigate and track delivery risks for a project
Governance
• Should have been part of Project Governance reporting to Project Working group or Steering group
