Job Description
• You will drive site implementations, from site source data mapping to data quality control.
• You will work closely with project and site management, research, and other stakeholders to execute complex clinical studies.
• Proactively identify resourcing needs, monitor FTE workload relative to billability expectations, and establish retention strategies to keep staff motivated and productive.
• Own the development and maintenance of team-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and templates to ensure products and services are developed and delivered consistently.
• Drives accountability for individual and team deliverables in a dynamic project environment.
• Guide sites through the process of identifying data elements within their clinical systems to meet data specification requirements.
The Successful Applicant
• Experience - 5-10 years
• Team handling experience is a must-have.
• Should have experience in data engineering, ETL, data management, clinical healthcare management, etc.
