Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities
• Manage the Releases in the ET DT Sourcing HIVE.
• Coordinate with all the SQUADS in the Sourcing HIVE both Development and Support, track the releases end to end till its closure.
• Handle the CAB management for the entire HIVE including - tracking, release, deployment, communication, and risk management.
• Reports to key leadership team on weekly basis in the Change Management Space
• Work with other Islands in ET DT for all the changes going to production ensuring change hygiene.
• Ensure that all the rollouts happening in the ET DT Island aligns to the release schedules with the team and handle roadblocks, if any to ensure no impact to Production Services.
• Conduct Meetings to identify the RCA for Failed Changes.
• Review the Compliance Reports under the Change management, track the actions for its closure.

• Good knowledge on the DevOps & Agile Methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
• Team Management Skills.
• Experience in working in a AGILE delivery model.
• Good analytical & communication skills to understand requirements for a program release.

• Problem solving skills and Lateral thinking
• Adaptive to the aggressive timelines in delivery.
