Replacement SO Raised For BELOW Associate 368224 Rajarathanam Samuel,Dhinakaran P1 Chennai " Resolving User related queries in Production and Test Databases. As per client request creating new users and assigning profiles in production databases. User management and maintenance of all database users like granting a subset of privileges as per client s policy. Logical backup using Export Import and Data Pump utility as per user request. Database bug patching on requirement Creating Sql tuning sets and sql tuning advisory reports using OEM 12C for Improving performance of the database. Executing weekly analyzer on database for performance improvement. Monthly purging activity to gain database level space improvement Archival activity for performance improvement. Performance monitoring, Database installation and configuration Schedule RMAN backup and monitor RMAN status of all production databases. Interface proactively with other Infrastructure support teams such as UNIX, Windows, Network, Storage, Monitoring etc Document issues and associated resolutions to problems Prepare documentation and presentation of progress reports to customers Conduct user s, customer s and Team s training Guide/Mentor the team members on technical problems which cannot be resolved at their level Ensure that Systems, Organization processes, & Unit practices adhere to Organization policies Active participation in Organization and Unit level initiatives " TO install, design, implement, upgrade AND optimize the performance OF DATABASE required TO operate software solutions. PREPARE AND maintain project plans TO ensure adherence TO corporate quality standards. Also, plan the deployment OF resources accordingly. VALIDATE AND approve ALL major planning. WORK WITH development teams TO model AND design databases. Architect AND deploy cluster DATABASE setups AND servers. Manage escalations. Keep Delivery management informed BY regular MIS reports AND information ON deviations AND exceptions. Serve AS an SME AND consultant FOR technicians to adhere TO quality standards. Formulate AND monitor policies, procedures AND standards relating TO application & DATABASE management. Ensure creation, maintenance AND audit OF appropriate documentation related TO DATABASE architecture.
