Working in partnership with Aboriginal stakeholders to design, refine and implement culturally grounded approaches.
Coordinating cross-agency collaboration to deliver consistent, high-impact outcomes.
Translating feedback, evidence and community perspectives into practical program improvements.
You are confident operating in dynamic environments, can balance strategic priorities with operational delivery, and are committed to strengthening cultural responsiveness across early childhood education settings.
Essential requirements of the role
Demonstrated experience leading a team and managing complex stakeholder engagement, including working respectfully and collaboratively with Aboriginal stakeholders and partners.
Hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid Working With Children Check.
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
