The Role Responsibilities

Drive payment ecosystem and attachment rate across various payments activities like UPI, Bill pay, Netbanking.
Strategy
Drive Payment link penetration on portfolio
UPI Activation Management
UPI Spend Management
Net Banking Payment Activation Management
Net Banking Payment Spend Management
BillPay Activation Management and regitration
BillPay Spend Management
SI on savings accounts
Campaign management and fulfilment
Payment linked revenue and cost tracking
Vendor tie up and management
NTB account CLCM design for payments for EB and non EB
Payment gateway tie-ups
Business
Attachment rate to drive all digital initiatives.
Revenue tracking and cost management.
Vendor tie-ups.
Regulatory notifications and BO advisory.
Processes
Ensure timely levy of all service charges by overseeing monthly charging process and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Handle all customer escalations related to payments.
Assist frontline in driving attachment rates as well digital penetration.
Identify and plug any existing process gaps to ensure smooth functioning - For Deposit Products.
Risk Management
Own and Mitigate Risk management elements of all associated business and processes.
Ensure proactive risk analysis and management.
Governance
Manage all regulatory reporting pertaining to Deposits.
Represent Product team in all Audit related issues on Service charges.
Manage all regulatory submissions related to service charges.
Regulatory and Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Our Ideal Candidate
Graduate or post graduate with 3 to 4 years of experience in banking / financial / consulting services domain.
Any certification on data, digital product management.
