PrimaryResponsibilities
• Independently handling international tax assignments including
• Corporate Tax Return Filing
• Expatriate tax planning and compliance
• Withholding tax advisory and certification
• Advisory on domestic and international tax issues
• Structuring of inbound and outbound investments
• Representation before tax authorities
• Client interface, liaison and relationship
• Managing a team including qualified accountants

To betailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
• 3-5 years experience in
• Income tax compliance, planning andadvisory
• Representation before tax authorities
• Knowledge on interpretation of doubletax avoidance agreements
• Basic understanding on Transfer Pricing
• Working knowledge on International taxstructuring
• Working knowledge of Domestic Tax andCompliances
• Experience in/exposure toFEMA will be an added advantage
• Proven leadership abilities
• Very good communicationskills including legal/technical drafting
• Very good interpersonalskills
• Good analytical and processskills
