Roles and Responsibility
• The role is responsible for developing automation solutions for units within FCSO / CFCC which are basically End User computing applications(EUCs) based on EUC policy and procedutes
• Adopt New Technologies IE Objects / C Sharp / PEGA / to communicate GAI applications
• Focus on automations that will add value by Reducing Cycle Time / Increase Process Efficiency / Risk Mitigation / Remove Manual Dependencies
• Ensure that the requirements are well understood and develop only what was requested
• Take ownership and perform robust internal testing before delivering the project for UAT
• Developing and delivering automations on time.
• Create appropriate test cases for the users to test while UAT
• Create professional UI’s that are ongoing with market designs and structures
• Timely response to automation queries within 24 hrs
• Trouble shoot production issues within 3 hrs
