Job Description
The Digital Experience Manager is responsible for optimizing end-to-end user experience across our website and connected digital platforms. Working closely with the Digital Demand and Content Hubs, you'll manage the delivery of an optimization roadmap based on a deep understanding of the needs of both business stakeholders and the end-user.
You will be constantly on the lookout for user pain points and potential improvements to inform existing projects and feed into new ones, identifying these using Google Analytics, Sitecore analytics and qualitative research tools such as session replays, heatmapping, customer surveys and remote user testing.
You'll then turn your insights into user-centred solutions, working with designers, developers and analysts (both internally and in third parties) to deliver innovative products and features.

Key roles and responsibilities
As the Manager, Digital Experience, your role and responsibilities will include:
• Own and maintain a continuous optimization roadmap based on data/analytics, user feedback and business requirements.
• Ensure a deep understanding of all user needs in order to identify ideas that improve the user experience and support a business outcome of demand generation.
• Ownership of user experience on site; performance tagging and optimization.
• Run A/B or multivariate testing to support delivery of enhanced components.
• Use customer insight to create proof-of-concept prototypes for user testing and iteration.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business goals, and user impact.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria to feed into the development cycle.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of digital design, technology and optimization trends.
Education and Training and Experience
• Experience of digital optimization and user research
• Strong understanding of user-centred design / usability / accessibility principles
• Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
• Experience managing customer facing websites and apps
• Experience of leading wireframing and user testing
• Proven track record in managing all aspects of successful product delivery, taking changes from initial idea or wireframe to through final delivery
• Highly confident user of at least one CMS – ideally Sitecore
• Qualifications in design and UX
• A qualification or solid understanding of Agile planning and development
