Job Description
· This role covers the entire gamut of digital innovation, AI Banking and RPA initiatives which can impact the organization both internally and externally. The incumbent will be directly responsible for the following activities for complex requirements and oversight through his/her team for requirements of lesser complexity:
· Idea Generation: Exploring new-age technology solutions in BFSI / non-BFSI sector for aiding business in terms of new customer acquisition, revenue generation, cost savings, improving customer experience bringing in operational efficiencies etc. or solving existing business / technology problems / challenges of the bank
· Evaluation: Identifying the right ideas, right vendor partners and right commercials for taking up digital innovation, RPA and AI related projects for implementation
· POC & Development: Conducting Proof Of Concepts, Making live New projects (Large / Medium / Small), Enhancements of existing digital properties through collaboration with all stakeholders – Business, IT, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, Vendor Partners etc.
· Measurement: Measure the effectiveness of the deployed innovation, AI and RPA solutions in line with the business plan committed to finance (Cost savings, revenue generation, new customer acquisition etc.)
· Manage: Manage Artificial Intelligence as an end-to-end customer facing channel of the bank
This role will lead a cross functional project team to ensure ideal solutioning and approvals for product launch and execution to leverage the bank’s digital platforms for own customers as well as for new customer acquisition
