Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, the ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end product series launch strategy, ideation and the execution of digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and achieve business objectives. Roles and Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Ideation
• Come up with the digital strategy for product launch and sustenance campaigns for the product series
• Undertake creative ideation with cross-functional teams and external agencies to come up with innovative, creative and clutter breaking ideas for social media campaigns
Platform Strategy
• Bring in deep platform understanding of YT, IG, FB, X, Linked and other social / digital platforms to be able to hack the platform insights to deliver high impact and high RoI campaigns
Campaign Execution:
• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms such as FB, IG, X and YT
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and collaborate with internal marketing teams and the agency to ensure error-free execution as per the campaign plans
Content Creation and Optimization:
• Lead and manage the creation / production of engaging and compelling digital content, including social media posts, Videos and other marketing materials
Campaign Analysis:
• Analyze digital marketing performance metrics to track the success of campaigns.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness
Collaboration:
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies
Research and Stay Updated:
• Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging platforms, trends and technologies
Education Qualification:
MBA or Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field-Full Time.
Other Requirements:
• Proven track record of creating clutter-breaking digital strategies and campaigns.
• A passion for technology and a deep understanding of the social media platforms like IG, FB, YT etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to think from an end-consumer perspective.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to excel in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
