Job Description
• Primarily responsible for rapidly acquiring new customers through holistic digital marketing campaigns
• Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
• Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
• Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
• Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & owned media channels
• Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
• Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
• Have a good understanding of the TG & deep understanding of driving PPC, SEO, and Affiliate channels
• Has previously worked with GA and fully understands how to analyse campaigns and digital channels
• Should have an overall business bent of mind and understand the nature of direct versus channel business as in our sector, both rely quite heavily on digital sourcing
• Working with creative & product teams to develop best in class marketing campaigns optimized for conversion, relevance and customer shopping preferences
Required Skills
• 4+ years of experience in performance/ conversion marketing. Preferably in real estate.
• Should have a keen interest in technology and gadgets (automobiles, mobiles, laptops, TVs, etc)
• Build, lead, and review the work of the creative team in the production of all digital marketing collateral
• Highly analytically oriented
• The candidate should have an excellent command of the English language and effective written communication skills
• Focus on customer experience and result orientation
• High on collaboration and teamwork
• Understanding of search engine optimization & PPC is a must
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
• Exhaustively study the consumer behaviour online through online tools and derive marketing strategy to convert the right consumer with a the right communication
• Knowledge of the digital and mobile app landscape across India; Keen interest in the martech ecosystem and the latest marketing automation solutions
Must Have
• Have a degree (MBA Digital Marketing) or a related field from a premier institute
• Min 4-5 years of work experience in a specialised performance marketing role
Experience handling an independent budget of ~10-15 Cr
