Job Description
As a Manager, Digital Marketing & Brand Experience, you will
• Manage a team that manages: social media, email marketing, events, seo, content generation and community.
• Setup the marketing calendar and make sure that the team delivers on the commitments
• Nurture and grow the team to deliver predictable and measurable results
• Drive our brand communications across all channels
• Manage creative development with a team of in-house professionals for graphics and video
• Help approve drafts of articles and emails from the team and help produce great events
• Find creative ways to tell the story of our clients - how they are using our service, what results they are getting etc.
You have
• Excellent analytical skills - You love numbers and have strong attention to detail
• Good communication and presentation skills – ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.
• Keen desire to own up things and get things done. You follow through on commitments: live up to verbal and written agreements
• You are a quick learner of new technologies and easily adapt to change
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
• Enthusiasm: exhibit passion, excitement and positive energy over work.
We are looking for someone with
• Education in marketing, branding, creative development and management, online community management, SEO
• 10+ years experience in marketing communication role
• Understanding of social trends
• Great story teller with a keen eye for clients context and feelings
• Comfortable with data and numbers - we are a data driven company and the best way to communicate clearly is to do it with numbers
Would be nice if you also have
• Interest in stories of great brands and what it takes to build them
• Good copywriting skills
• Ability to understand and communicate with an international audience
• Interest in Yoga
• Good balance on empathy and analytical skills
• Supreme organization skills
