Responsibilities
The Manager, Digital Marketing will play a key role in driving digital marketing efforts to support our brand's goals and scale our business
With a strong focus on the customer journey and conversion funnel, this role will manage the day-to-day strategy and execution of paid digital media, monitor performance metrics, support growth initiatives, and identify optimization opportunities
Channel Ownership: Manage paid advertising across various digital channels, including paid search, paid social, and more
Consistently drive revenue and customer growth with an eye to strategically and efficiently identify, acquire, and retain high-quality new customers
Digital Agency Management: Foster a productive working relationship with our digital agency, leading daily communication with agency representatives, analyzing performance, and driving quality execution
Budget Management: Collaborate with team leadership and finance to manage and track the digital marketing budget, focusing on customer acquisition cost (CAC), revenue generation, and full-funnel optimization
Campaign Optimization: Lead in-market testing and experimentation, applying data insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement across audience segments, creative design, and messaging
Tracking and Analytics: Partner with the digital agency and the Digital Product Manager and Data Science/Analytics to implement tracking for digital marketing efforts, including Google Analytics reporting, attribution models, and dashboards
MarTech Roadmap: Work with Product and Tech to support the MarTech roadmap; assist with evaluating and implementing new tools and new platform features
Trend Research: Stay informed on technology and marketing trends, bringing forward ideas for innovation and continuous improvement
