We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager - Performance to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns and activities across all digital channels to drive traffic and generate relevant business leads for Liminal.

Responsibilities
• Driving PPC, SEO, SEM, Paid and Organic traffic, Paid acquisitions, and social traffic
• Developing performance campaign plan which includes keyword strategy, business goals, media budget, and promotional tactics
• Crafting a media strategy, seeking click-through rates to achieve the business objectives
• End-to-end management of performance marketing activity across Paid Social channels
• Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels such as Paid Search and working closely with any partner agencies to implement, optimise and report on performance.
• Develop test and learn initiatives across Paid Social and Native Content Platforms
• Work with product, brand, and content to ensure all the channels are consistent and aligned
• Optimise audience strategies by working closely with the strategy and operations team
• Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently, and track and analyse reports on key performance indicators of media activities (e.g., CPC, CPL, CPR)
• The Performance Marketing Manager must demonstrate proficiency in optimising and executing SEM, PPC as well as Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and Display Advertising. He will be capable of determining key metrics, constantly reducing operational costs, and measuring the success of performance strategies

Requirements
• Skills in search platforms including; Google AdWords and Search Console, Affiliate Advertising, and Native content marketing
• Understanding of social media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc)
• Website Analytics (mostly in Google Analytics)
• Keywords Research and analytical skills
• Experience working on a Performance Media (SEM and Social) strategy
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable
• 5-6 years of working experience in an online acquisition marketing position. Also have had working experience in a key marketing position, preferably as a PPC/SEO/SEM Manager
• Significant experience in building and scaling acquisition programs that target consumers as well as experience in media planning across a broad online media mix
• Exceptional analytical skills and demonstrate fluency in the acquisition of metrics, being able to evaluate and orchestrate large campaigns spanning numerous marketing channels
