Roles and Responsibilities
Analyzing all the digital products/ offering within the bank and identifying risks
around technology, process, financial, legal, reputational, strategic etc and make a
risk mitigation plan
This also includes product tie ups with third party vendors .
Define and devise risk review and control mechanism in digital banking units for pre-
defined periods based on agreed KRI’s and incident analysis
Ensure and track that respective stakeholders are taking appropriate actions for
issues and observations.
Engage with relevant stakeholders like Compliance, Audit and OR teams to take
feedback/learning to strengthen the digital banking offerings
