Job Description
1. Full time MBA/B.Tech from top 15 MBA/Engineering Institutes
2. Have strong problem solving and decent communication skills
3. Have track record of moving key business metrics using RPA/Process Transformation (Key parameter)
4. Look forward to work in a fast pace, high growth environment. Can afford to spend long hours in office.
5. Are ready to relocate to Indore (non-negotiable)
Experience :
1. Six Certified and experience of working in at least one RPA tool - Automation Anywhere/Blue prism/UI Path etc.
2. Overall program management experience of 5-8 years.
3. Experience of working in start-ups is a definite advantage
Responsibilities :
1. Create Process documents - process maps/SOPs for service delivery team.
2. Design Dashboards for key metrics and align them with Client success
3. Rollout and execute digital transformation programs for improving the metrics
4. Train team leaders and managers on process improvement tools and techniques and drive a culture of continuous improvement
