Experience :
1. Six Certified and experience of working in at least one RPA tool - Automation Anywhere/Blue prism/UI Path etc.
2. Overall program management experience of 5-8 years.
3. Experience of working in start-ups is a definite advantage
Responsibilities :
1. Create Process documents - process maps/SOPs for service delivery team.
2. Design Dashboards for key metrics and align them with Client success
3. Rollout and execute digital transformation programs for improving the metrics
4. Train team leaders and managers on process improvement tools and techniques and drive a culture of continuous improvement
