Primary Job Responsibilities
To oversee All India C&FA operations thru RDM/ZDM for the given business. Maintain and develop cordial relationship with internal as well as external customers for smooth business.
• Core Job Responsibilities
Act as primary contact for CFA operations for the given business. Provide end to end support to C&FAs/RDMs for given business operations. Ensuring all RDMs to understand policies of given business on C&FA operations which help them to resolve day to day queries. Provide solution on escalated queries of C&FA, RDMs Update all C&FAs, RDMs for monthly SAP invoicing and Sales closing dates. To interact with internal and external customers To align & get updated self with other business entities. Involvement in C&FA re-alignment process C&FA MIS Reporting as per pre-defined standards & formats Infrastructure Management Training to all RDMs and regular update on changes in SOP. To inform about the revised guidelines so that C&FA & Warehouse staffs are trained on all company SOPs & Policies thru RDMs. To liaise with internal customers like Finance, IT, Marketing Divisions, etc for smooth C&FA operations & ensuring effective control on servicing Distributors & performance. Compilation of All India MIS reports on monthly basis. Facilitating all types of audits and taking corrective steps for upscaling the operations. Getting remarks of Inactive Stocks and work towards reducing the same. Ensuring timely issuance of F/C Forms across All India To monitor Quality Recalls and destruction as per the SOP
• Key Competency Requirement
Well versed with the secondary distribution model i.e. C&FA/Depot to Distributors. Good inter-personal skills with analytical ability & team management. Thorough knowledge of SAP/ERP/Ms-Excel. Ability to withstand stress
·Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
Oversee all the core job responsibilities are being performed in smooth manner and within the pre-defined SOPs of the company. Deviation if any, needs to be viewed and necessary approvals to be given as per the matrix.
• Education & Experience:
Any Graduate with 6-8 years of experience in handling Pan India C&FA Operations
