Job Description
• WSS/ Distributor Platform Enhancements & usage:
oSupport the WSS/ Distributor Management team on the Design & development of new modules in the WSS/ Distributor digital platform by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
oSupport WSS/ Distribution Management Team in the rollout of interventions/ campaigns to drive platform usage & compliance
• Supporting the WSS/ Distribution Management team by liaising with internal teams (IT/ Purchase/Finance etc) on issue resolution related to the WSS/ Distributor platform.
• Vendor Management – Sole point of contact for all vendor contact/ communication/ escalations for WSS/ Distributor engagement programs (On Boarding, Festival Celebration, Birthdays, Training & Development etc)/ platforms uniqueness
WSS/ Distributor Salesman Module:
oDevelop the full lifecycle of WSS/ Distributor Salesman in Pidilite & anchor business alignment on the concept.
oClosing the scope for Design, development and usage KPIs for WSS/ Distributor Salesman App.
oAnchor rollout of secondary tracking platforms for Sub Stockiest
• Lead project team on initiatives linked to distribution, engagement & new digital initiatives for WSS/ Distributor; example – WSS/ Distributor BM Interaction, WSS/ Distributor TSI interaction etc
