As a Collection Manager, your role involves achieving assigned collection targets through CREs and meeting targets on KPA parameters. You will also maintain constant communication with specific customer groups, visit customers, and manage a team consisting of LREs, CREs, and AMRs. It is essential to align individual work and performance with the broader team to achieve mutual outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team adheres to the team's expectations and guidelines, fulfills team responsibilities, and demonstrates personal commitment.Your responsibilities will also include ensuring all collection documents are submitted correctly and on time, maintaining strict audit compliance as per company norms, and managing the repossession activity of the branch. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of branch collection without any issues and managing vendors such as collection agencies and repo agencies.,
