We are currently seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to help us drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue through targeted email campaigns. In this role, you will create compelling email marketing content, design email templates, segment audiences, and analyze campaign performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in email marketing and possess exceptional writing and email design skills.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage, retain, and convert customers.
• Write compelling content and design eye-catching email templates that align with brand guidelines.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and inform future strategies.

• Stay current with email marketing best practices and industry trends.
• Perform market research to gain a better understanding of client needs.
• Crafting powerful copy that provides value to customers.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent written communication skills, with a strong focus on grammar, tone, and style.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e. g., Mailchimp, Hubspot, Marketo) and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of email design principles, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization.
• Familiarity with relevant email marketing regulations and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
