Summary/Objective
The Manager, Enterprise Applications is responsible for overseeing the efficacy and operability of the productivity applications used by the company. Productivity applications that fall under this job scope include O365, SharePoint, MS TEAMS, MS Planner, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Sign & other similar, broadly used apps that are intended to facilitate employee performance.
Position Description
Essential Functions

Provides technical and business support for end users utilizing productivity applications
Maintains applications that are utilized in daily operations across the business
Develop and maintain technical support documentation for productivity applications
Identifies ways to maximize the potential of the applications utilized, improving employee productivity & delivery of app services
Ensures that storage and archiving procedures are in place
Responsible for managing lifecycle of applications used by company
Document, report, and present relevant matters regarding productivity applications to ICT Workplace Services Management & CIO
Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate to business and ICT management in a timely manner
Develop and review application contingency planning to ensure availability to users
Participate in application releases, from development, testing and deployment into production
Conducts post implementation analysis to ensure successful system design functionality
Continually reviewing software updates and new software solutions for improving employee productivity

Strong business background with technology knowledge and passion or technical background with strong business experience

Ability to convert user needs into technical requirements
Direct experience working with:
Administering connections, access control & permissions
Administering application add-ins for SharePoint, TEAMS, Outlook, Word, & Excel
Experienced with PowerShell & automating administrative actions
Facilitating Active Directory handshakes between the company and external business partners to allow collaboration across SharePoint & MS Teams environments
Multi-factor Authentication

Required Education and Experience
BS Degree with a focus in Information Technology or equivalent experience
MS 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with previously listed applications
