About the role:
Samsara Technologies India Private Limited is looking for a Enterprise Resiliency Manager
You will be joining a team of highly professional and motivated Safety, Security & Resiliency colleagues, the team’s focus is on ensuring a safe and secure work environment for all our colleagues and becoming a best in class operation. The teams goal is to ensure we have a resilient mindset that drives our policies, procedures and practices to enable Samsara to operate even through difficult situations and or incidents.
As the Enterprise Resiliency Manager you will be responsible for implementing the ER strategy by working closely with key stakeholders to build out and test their Business Continuity plans. You will work with Senior Leadership to implement the Global Crisis Management Plan, ensure it is rolled out and tested on a regular basis.
Your role will also include ensuring the Safety & Security of our facility and colleagues based in Samsara Technologies India Private Limited by implementing our Safety & Security policies and procedures.

In this role, you will:
• Business Continuity planning, training and testing
• Crisis Management Planning, training and testing
• Physical Security of our Bangalore office & remote India colleagues
• Health & Safety of our Bangalore office & remote India colleague
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
• Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team
Minimum requirements for the role:
• 5+ years experience in the Business Continuity and Crisis Management field
• 3+ years of experience in leadership/management roles
• Member of BCi or equivalent/relevant Industry board certification
• Working knowledge of Security procedures and best practices
• Ability to work in a high speed, agile environment
• This role is based in Bengaluru and requires commuting to the office three days a week.
An ideal candidate also has:
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of basic Physical Security standards and technology
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
