• Enhancing ethics awareness by developing training & education material for both employees as well as external stakeholders.
• Conducting research and collecting information about ethics and fraud related news, best practices and educational material- with view to incorporate in internal educational material .
• Developing appropriate initiatives and material for enhancing ethics/ fraud awareness
• Support and coordinates various ethics related initiatives and training across GMR group.

• Researching & Developing training and educational material for group-wide usage & developing case studies, customized modules- issue based or audience based for developing and improving the ethical culture in GMR.
• Enhancing ethics awareness by education and interactions with employees, vendors etc.
• Independently training new employees/ vendors/ vendor staff/ JV staff/ outsourced staff etc.
• Collect feedback, keep records & devise improvement based on feedback
• Development of various online & live ethics initiatives- Ethics survey, Ethics Barometer, Quiz etc.
• Developing strategies to improve the scores of Ethics survey, online tests and support implementing the improvement plans.
• Develop creatives methods of spreading ethics awareness initiatives.
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Interact with design, web and other creative consultants for getting content developed
Collect best practices from industry leaders in ethics in conferences, personal meeting, and discussions with major investigation players in the market.
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Feed Back: Collection of field information from employees/HODs for developing relevant and valuable content
Independently educate/ train people in the organization and outside and handle queries regarding the content
Interact with depts. To develop content to identify areas where risk is possible, problems are being faced, ethical threats exist and develop content suggesting preventive measures proactively to avert the problems
Interact with IT, Corp. Comm. and relevant depts. To get tasks done.
Basic knowledge of Learning & Development systems
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
• Basic accounting knowledge to keep track of departmental expenses
Knowledge of SAP- preferred but not necessary qualification
Other Dimensions
• High Emotional Quotient and interest in areas like psychology/ Organizational behavior/ ethics/morality etc.
• Maturity and skill to develop ethics related events that are innovative, impactful and relevant for specific / target audiences of various levels within and outside the organization.
• Ability to gather information regarding Ethics related activities done by various corporates across industries from personal networks outside own company and business.
