Job Title: Event Coordinator
Location: Chembur, Mumbai.Age Requirement: 22 to 25.Employment Type: Full-Time.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to be the face of One Meraki's luxurious lifestyle offerings. This role is pivotal in ensuring residents and guests discover, engage with, and fully utilize the world-class amenities designed to transform their lives. The ideal candidate will create unique experiences and activities that resonate with the community, fostering personal growth, connection, and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Event Planning & Execution:Organize engaging events, workshops, and experiences that highlight One Meraki’s premium amenities, such as the rooftop sky pool, music and art studios, spa, and Zen garden.
• Resident Engagement:Actively interact with residents to understand their needs, encourage participation, and showcase how these facilities can elevate their lifestyle.
• Lifestyle Transformation Advocacy:Develop and deliver creative marketing campaigns to communicate the transformational impact of One Meraki’s amenities, both online and offline.
• Community Building:Foster a sense of community by creating opportunities for interaction, collaboration, and shared experiences among residents.
• Monitoring & Feedback:Track participation and collect feedback from residents to continuously improve events and maximize the value of the amenities offered.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.
• Creativity: Ability to design and execute unique events that align with the brand’s vision of transformation.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to effectively engage residents and promote events.
• Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional planning, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Tech-Savviness: Proficient in basic design tools, social media platforms.
• Passion for Transformation: A genuine interest in helping people experience personal growth and enhanced well-being.

Job Summary : The Manager Event Management will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing various personal and corporate events for an HNI family and their family office. This includes family events office functions picnics gettogethers club memberships and industry collaborations. The role demands meticulous planning attention to detail and strong networking skills to ensure the seamless execution of highprofile events.
Key Responsibilities :
Event Planning & Management :
• Conceptualize and organize family picnics gettogethers and private family events ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.
• Plan and manage all officerelated events including corporate functions client meetings and celebrations.
• Oversee all aspects of event logistics including venue selection catering entertainment and transportation.
• Ensure timely booking and coordination for event tickets passes and club memberships as required.
Vendor & Industry Liaison :
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors for venue bookings catering decorators and entertainment providers.
• Connect with industry professionals for exclusive club bookings memberships and collaboration opportunities for family events.
• Coordinate with external event management companies when required.
Budget Management :
• Develop and manage budgets for all events ensuring that expenses are kept within limits while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Prepare and present detailed event proposals including cost estimates schedules and vendor agreements.
Event Coordination & Execution :
• Oversee onsite event execution including managing logistics resolving issues and ensuring the smooth running of all events.
• Coordinate all event activities including staff management technical support and VIP guest arrangements.
• Ensure all health safety and legal requirements are adhered to at each event.
Ticket & Pass Management :
• Manage the purchase distribution and organization of tickets passes and invitations for all events ensuring timely and efficient allocation.
• Maintain records and tracking systems for all passes and tickets distributed within the family and office.
PostEvent Evaluation :
• Conduct postevent evaluations to assess the success of events gather feedback from family members and staff and implement improvements for future events.
• Prepare detailed reports on event performance and outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience :
• Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management with a focus on HNI or corporate events.
• Proven track record of managing largescale family events private functions and corporate events.
• Strong network with vendors clubs and hospitality providers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to problemsolve on the spot.
Key Skills :
• Expertise in event planning coordination and execution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders including family members office staff vendors and industry professionals.
