Job Title: Manager - Event Production & Brand Activation

Location: Pune

Reports To: Head of Events / Brand Activation

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Event Production & Brand Activation to lead and manage the execution of high-impact events and experiential marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for overseeing the planning, production, and execution of brand activations, ensuring that all events align with our brand strategy and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of event production, experiential marketing, and field operations, with a proven track record of delivering successful events that drive brand engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Production Management:
• Plan, manage, and execute large-scale events, including product launches, brand activations, corporate events, and trade shows.
• Oversee all aspects of event production, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop creative concepts and ensure seamless execution of events.
• Manage the end-to-end production process, from initial concept through post-event analysis.

Brand Activation:
• Develop and implement brand activation strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and brand positioning.
• Create immersive and engaging experiences that resonate with target audiences and drive brand loyalty.
• Lead the planning and execution of experiential marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including live events, digital, and social media.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of brand activation campaigns to optimize future efforts.

Field Operations & Logistics:
• Coordinate and manage field operations, including staffing, transportation, and on-site logistics.
• Ensure that all field operations are executed efficiently and within budget, with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators, production staff, and field marketing personnel.
• Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment on event objectives and brand messaging.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on event performance, budget status, and key learnings.

Budget Management:
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within allocated limits.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to maximize value and control costs.

Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure all events comply with relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with event production and brand activations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or brand activation, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
• Proven track record of managing and executing successful events and brand activations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in digital and social media marketing.
• Certification in Event Planning or Project Management (e.g., CMP, PMP).
• Familiarity with the latest trends in experiential marketing and brand activation.

Working Conditions:
• This role requires travel to various event locations and the ability to work non-standard hours during event production periods.
