This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can develop and execute effective events and brand activation strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating events, managing teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all activations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, brand management, and project management. They will be able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Events Planning: Develop and implement events and brand activation strategies, coordinate events, and oversee event execution to ensure brand consistency and high-quality experience delivery.

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional Event Coordinators deployed across multiple cities.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track event KPIs: footfall, engagement, participation, conversion metrics, and regional performance.

• Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Oversee procurement and logistics support for events including branding materials, props, sports kits, technical equipment, etc.

• Budget & Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to compliance, quality standards, and timely vendor payments.
