Role Overview
The Manager – Wedding & Corporate Sales is responsible for driving high-value business in both the luxury weddings and elite corporate segment. This role demands strong sales acumen, a consultative approach to client management, and the ability to curate seamless, high-end experiences that reflect The Raj Palace's royal legacy.
Key ResponsibilitiesWedding Sales:
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle for destination weddings and luxury social events.
• Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, and HNI families.
• Conduct detailed site visits, presentations, and personalized consultations.
• Prepare custom proposals and negotiate contracts in line with client expectations and profitability targets.General Sales Management:
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for both wedding and corporate segments.
• Represent The Raj Palace at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and report regularly on pipeline status and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop segment-specific campaigns and promotional content.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitors in both luxury wedding and corporate hospitality spaces.
Key Skills & Attributes
• Strong relationship-building and client servicing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Deep understanding of wedding and MICE trends in luxury hospitality.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or Event Planning. MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales roles within luxury hotels or event companies.
• Prior experience in managing both weddings and corporate accounts is essential.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and event sales workflows.
