Job Summary:
The Security Bouncer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at venues such as clubs, bars, events, or private functions. Their main duties include crowd control, checking identification, preventing unauthorized entry, and responding to incidents or disturbances.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals are allowed.
• Check IDs to verify legal age for entry or ******* consumption.
• Maintain order among patrons and prevent fights or disturbances.
• ****** unruly or intoxicated individuals out of the premises.
• Conduct routine checks within the venue to ensure security protocols are followed.
• Cooperate with local law enforcement if required.
• Provide assistance during emergencies, including evacuations.
• Ensure no weapons or illegal items are brought into the venue.
• Write reports on incidents and maintain logbooks as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a bouncer or in a similar security role preferred.
• Physically fit, with a strong and commanding presence.
• Good communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Basic first aid training is a plus.
• Valid security license

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
