- Developing hiring, training, and management strategies for a team of advertising professionals in collaboration with management
- Creating a strategy plan for the agency's expansion using knowledge gathered through research and analysis of market trends and competitors.
- Creating presentations and proposals for potential clients in order to find new business prospects.
Criteria :
Graduation : Bachelor Degree required in any stream.
Experience : 2+ years in field sales
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
