Qualification: CA/CS
Job Responsibility:
• Establish business finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), MIS, and finance excellence processes across the organization.
• Conduct project financial evaluations to assess potential projects' financial viability and profitability.
• · Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) and reporting mechanisms to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely financial information.
• · Prepare monthly profit and loss (P&L statements, analyse financial performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• · Monitor daily inflow and outflow of funds, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation.
• Evaluate contracts from a financial perspective, assessing terms and conditions, pricing structures, and financial risks.
• Perform regular reconciliations of financial records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Oversee accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
• Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
• Provide support on corporate projects and initiatives, analyzing financial implications and offering strategic insights.
• Reconcile inventory records with physical stock, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Perform margin analysis to identify factors impacting profitability and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Take on multiple roles including business finance, FP&A, investor relations, and business strategy, providing comprehensive financial guidance.
• Manage fund flow and working capital, ensuring optimal utilization of financial resources.
• Prepare monthly board review presentations and investor decks, highlighting financial performance and key insights.
• Engage in strategic partnerships and negotiations to drive business growth and maximize financial outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization, implementing strategies to enhance financial performance.
• Design standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Raise debt capital from non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) and banks to meet the company's financial requirements.
