Position: Manager - Finance & Accounts

Qualification: CA

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Job description

KEY RESULT AREAS - Daily

> Daily distribution of Collection statements.

> New customer creation only after obtaining data in required format(till SD module is

implemented

> GL scrutiny - Incomes & Assets

> To co-ordinate with plant team relating to sales /receivables/qty details etc.

> Processing of Fund request from plants

KEY RESULT AREAS - Monthly

> Physical stock verification - monthly at plant & quarterly to cover other stock points

> Stocks workings, Cost Sheet workings, Budget Vs Actuals

> Preparation of Monthly MIS PPT

> Submission of Monthly stocks statements to Banks

> Giving replies to Internal Audit observations

> To comply with CRISIL requirements on 1st of the month

> To ensure that all Statutory Payments are remitted before due date

> To Co-ordinate with Indirect & Direct Taxation team for filing of monthly GST & TDS returns

> Monitoring monthly Customers Reconciliation & balance confirmation with RO Accountants

> Bank Authorisations / re-authorisation processing

> Co-ordination with Banks for all matters including monthly DP reset

> Co-ordination with Internal/Statutory Auditors

> To maintain record of all policies /approvals / internal orders etc.

KEY RESULT AREAS Quarterly

> Co-ordination with Direct Tax team & Indirect tax team for filing of returns, quarterly finalisation,

yearly audit, Tax audit & assessment

> To finalise & prepare the accounts on quarterly basis within timelines(one week before Board

meeting)

> Monthly expenses provisions

> Bills Accounting

> Customer Accounting and Reconciliation

> Verification of BRS

> Vendor Reconciliations & confirmation of balances

> Preparation various schedules required for audits

> Co-ordination with Internal/Statutory Auditors

> To prepare data for monthly GST returns

> To reconcile all Statutory Payables & remit before due date

> Any other activity assigned by Team Leader.

Required Qualification & Experience
• Chartered Accounts with 5 to 7 yrs of Experience and preferably 3 to 5 yrs in a Functional Head Level with SAP background.
• Proven strategic planning experience at the management level
• Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and presentation skills
