ACTIVITIES
1
Finance & Accounts
Should have Knowledge of accounting and SAP FICO module.
Coordination with Central Accounts team for preparation and finalisation of books of accounts of Asset Development Division.
To extract Project wise information from book of accounts in the formats as required by various stakeholders.
Should be able to independently handle payments (including foreign remittances) for the Project in coordination with banks.
To support for internal and Statutory Audits
To prepare monthly/quarterly/.annual cashflow projections for various Projects
To support in preparation of Annual Business Plan for the Asset Development division.
To process payments as per DOA.
Budgeting and Monitoring of payments
Support in dealing with banks for various fund and non-fund based products viz. Bank Guarantees, Buyers’ Credit, LC, Import documentations
Should have sound knowledge of direct and indirect taxation
Check vendor balances, GL balances and Customer balances in SAP FICO module
To maintain BG MIS
To coordinate with Indirect tax team for GST related issues.

SAP MM & SAP FI
Should be able to independently work on SAP MM & The key activities would include the following:
Creation of WBS Structures & Networks
Addition of approved budgets
Breakdown and adjustment of approved budgets
Coordinate with Procurement Team for Purchase Order / Work Order
Creation of Service Entry Sheets for invoices, etc.
Reconcile queries on blocked invoices
Monitoring and Reporting of Budget vs Commitments
Inter-office memo for capitalization of capital expenses
Generate various reports from SAP
Co-ordinate with SAP team for creation of Service and Material Codes
Co-ordinate with SAP technical team for all technical issues related to SAP

Relationship Management
Coordination / correspondence with Project technical team and other departments.

Presentation and Reporting
To prepare reports, presentations for stakeholders and MIS for review of senior management. Should possess good writing skills and financial reporting
