Candidate will also be responsible for supporting category teams and providing solutions for operational issues in timely manner. Candidate will be responsible for the overall Finance Operations management for certain businesses and also for the record to reporting of the same Job Responsibilities: Manager- Finance Operations will be responsible for –§Leading the monthly financial close process§Set-up/improvise processes and systems to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions §Work closely with the Business Team, Sales, Supply, Operations and Tech teams to provide inputs and suggestions on how to operationalize new business opportunities.§Preparation of various Monthly and Quarterly Management reports, MIS, Budgets etc.§Work closely with FP& A and Corporate Finance team to drive controls and financial, §Work closely will with legal and tax team to ensure compliances§Ensure handling of statutory and internal audits with respect to the businesses handled§Develop and manage team looking after day to day operations including mentoring and coaching.
