Hiring Manager - FPA
Job Description
• FPA experience needs to have equal focus on both cost and revenue aspect.
• Budgeting, forecasting, month end revenue process, accruals, book closure for assigned Delivery Centre Operations
• General ledger analysis, cost center analysis, variance reasoning
• Ensure timely management reporting and tracking of business plan numbers, accurate forecasting of various financial parameters (e.g. Revenue, profit, cash, capex, working capital, order book etc.)
• MPR (Monthly Performance Review) meetings with stakeholders
• Support the business in driving cost out strategies and assist in delivery of the business plan
• Provide revenue assurance
• Comprehensive knowledge of IWAF/ PIC/ CBA
• Built or amend new/existing Internal controls as required by the business
• Ensure division / group reporting requirements are met
• Internal/external stakeholder management
• Manage and review overall statutory and internal audit queries including interaction with auditors and various stakeholders
• Drive automations and process improvements
• Team management and team development
• Resilience and succession planning
• Adhoc work as required by the management from time to time
