We're seeking a future team member for the role of INSERT JOB TITLE to join our BUSINESS SEGMENT OR CORPORATE ORGANIZATION team. This role is located in CITY, STATE ABBREVIATION - HYBRID/REMOTE.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
• Performs analyses to support end to end processes within Finance including the support for the period close, analyses of performance such as forecasted period revenue and expenses against actual results, and metrics and scorecard reporting. Identifies and monitors trends.
• Updates short term and long range forecasts and methodologies. Conducts trend analysis on financial data and operating performance. Assists in developing recommendations on improving efficiency and effectiveness against benchmarks. Compiles financial information and conducts analysis as needed.
• Manages the support team's completion of financial accounting and system analyses to support management. Reviews work for accuracy and addresses errors or issues or escalates, as needed, to more senior managers. Ensures the team's accurate preparation of daily, weekly and monthly financial and accounting policies, reports and statements and regulatory reporting.
• Manages key performance indicator tracking, scorecard reporting, capital planning, project planning, and budget management. Ensures the support team's accurate completion of financial support activities.
• Manages a team of Financial Planning and Analysis support staff, including their performance management and career development. May manage financial and budgetary resources of the tea
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business or the equivalent combination of education and experience. CA preferred.
• 10+ years of total work experience with at least 4+ years of management experience preferred.
