Manager - Fit out - Malls & Offices
Job description
Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end fit-out execution for retail, hospitality, and commercial office spaces.
• Generate and maintain progress reports, handover/closure/safety/compliance documentation, site MoMs, and visit reports.
• Coordinate with site-specific consultants, civil and MEP design teams, and vendors for seamless project delivery.
• Manage vendor contracts, BOQs, and work orders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality benchmarks.
• Enforce compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-ground execution issues.
• Collaborate with leasing, facility management, and asset management teams for tenant-specific fit-out requirements and handovers.
Qualifications
Department: Retail and Hospitality
Experience: 8–12 years in commercial fit-out projects (malls, offices, restaurants, and retail spaces)
Skills Required
• Strong project management and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• In-depth knowledge of fit-out materials, services, execution techniques, and compliance/SOPs.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills with vendors, suppliers, and third parties.
