Café Manager – Nina Café & Fleurs (Brossard, QC)
Full-Time | On-Site | Bilingual (FR/EN)

Your Role
You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of the café and florist boutique. From managing staff and ensuring top-tier customer service to supporting flower sales and workshop coordination, you’ll wear many hats and make a big impact.
Responsibilities
Lead, schedule, and train the team
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, food quality, and customer care
Oversee inventory, and café presentation
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Assist with floral orders, bouquet prep, and plant care when needed
Contribute creatively to workshop and event planning
Be comfortable using and posting on social media (Instagram, stories, reels, etc.)
Help brainstorm and implement in-store promotions and seasonal themes
Represent Nina Café & Fleurs with professionalism and warmth
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a café or restaurant
Valid Food Handling Certification
Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Bilingual (English/French) preferred
Comfortable with social media (Instagram, Reels, Stories, etc.)
Creative mindset and strong organizational abilities
Willingness and interest in learning about flowers and plants (ideally, you love them!)
Available to work weekends and assist with events sometimes

Certification en Hygiène et Salubrité Alimentaire valide
Certification valide en Premiers Soins/RCR
Solides compétences en communication et en leadership
Bilingue (français et anglais) préféré
À l’aise avec les réseaux sociaux (Instagram, Stories, Reels, etc.)
Esprit créatif et bon sens de l’organisation
Intérêt sincère pour les fleurs et les plantes
