About the Position
Lethbridge Polytechnic is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Manager, Global Recruitment. This full-time position reports to the Associate Registrar and plays a pivotal role in driving recruitment initiatives and services both domestically and internationally. The Manager will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the growth and success of Lethbridge Polytechnic’s student recruitment efforts. As a key member of the team, the Manager will oversee a range of recruitment activities, student ambassador programs, and strategic enrolment initiatives aimed at meeting the institution’s long-term goals.
Position Details
Supervise and lead a team of staff members involved in recruitment and student ambassador functions
Oversee the development and implementation of domestic and international recruitment strategies
Lead and manage the recruitment and conversion process, from prospect communication to confirmed student enrolment
Develop business processes, policies, and procedures to support recruitment activities
Design and execute communication strategies to engage prospective students, ensuring content is tailored to emerging trends and opportunities
Collaborate across departments to ensure inclusive and efficient service delivery to students
Lead the student ambassador program and integrate their efforts into broader recruitment initiatives
Analyze recruitment data and market trends to inform strategy and make necessary adjustments
Represent the Polytechnic at events, meetings, and working teams related to recruitment and enrolment
Work closely with leadership to ensure recruitment goals align with institutional strategic plans
Foster relationships with both domestic and international institutions to support recruitment and program delivery
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a post-secondary environment, with direct experience in student recruitment travel, communications, and event planning
