Netflix is seeking an experienced, innovative and collaborative leader to join our team as Manager, Global Security Operations Center. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the global security operations center and providing 24/7 security monitoring, analysis and response.To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills; a demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of personnel; and a demonstrated ability to manage operations, budgets and projects. You should also have a strong understanding of security operations, data analytics, incident response and security technologies.We're looking for someone who is passionate about security, has a strong customer service orientation and is able to build relationships with various stakeholders.
