JOB SUMMARY

Governance

Complete Analysis of Group & Country MIS and highlight exceptions if any
Preparation and circulation of Region-wise CDD Metrics and BAU Metrics
Manage/approve one off transactional dispensation and highlight discrepancies
Coordination and preparation for India AML Sanctions PSG deck & various other governance forums
Preparation and submission of CMT, EMF and Country template
Preparation and reporting of Capacity Plan MIS, Costing, etc
Track and drive all CDD overdue certifications
Managing the Cost centre credit/debits for CDD Operations and FCS reporting for these cost centres
Submission of AML & Sanctions related risk update in ORF process
Preparation of adhoc MIS/Decks/Automation related to CDD as per Senior Management requirement
Coordinating of CRS/FATCA & CKYCR related activities and initiatives
Evaluate, Design & development of automation projects including initial concept across CDD process
Modify existing MIS /Templates to increase productivity, improve quality decrease cost & strengthen control measures.

Lead the [India / OPS RB COB CDD Remediation / Non Group/CDD to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles
Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience and knowledge in Banking industry with AML Experience
Must be certified (as prescribed for the role) by completing all relevant SCB e-assessments
Solid knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements relating to CDD/AML and internal procedures
Minimum 10+ years experience in Banking Domain
Minimum 5-6 year relevant experience in AML/KYC and/or client onboarding, from banking and/or financial services sector with a focus on private banking clients, including corporate
Good working knowledge of Microsoft standard desktop packages.
Good communication skills and an ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
High level of integrity and professionalism
